Costume Supercenter Review
If you are anything like me (crazy type A personality) you worry about everything that has to do with your child. From what they are going to eat that day, to where to have their next birthday party, and even what they should wear for Halloween. I start worrying about Bella's Halloween costume around May until I actually buy it. That's why I love Costume Supercenter! They have hundreds of costumes for adults, children, and even infants! From Tinkerbell costumes for children , to animal costumes, and tons of Disney costumes for kids, they have something for everyone.
I was asked to review a costume and searched for quite a while before deciding to get a Tinkerbell costume for Bella. She loves anything & everything Disney, and Tinkerbell is no exception! I have bought her lots of costumes in the past and knew to order hers a size larger, so when it came to our house yesterday (extremely fast shipping!) I was nervous. We got her in it and it fit PERFECTLY! She was in Heaven & decided to wear it for a few hours! We had "tea" & a picnic in our kitchen while she wore it. Then she decided to put it in her closet to play with later & has officially decided it will be her Halloween costume this year! Score!
Costume Supercenter has wonderful customer service & they will ship the costume out same day if ordered before 3 p.m. EST. They also have risk free shopping - free exchanges & they pay for shipping both ways! I am extremely happy with our order & definitely plan on ordering from them again! (I still need to find E & my costumes!)

Weekend Wrap Up
I am thoroughly exhausted after this past weekend! We both took Friday off in order to get the mattress loaded and get to my Dad's early, which happened but not at early as we thought. We ended up not having the right straps to hold the mattress and box spring down, going to 2 different stores to find some, then grabbing a bite at McD's before driving 3 1/2 hours to my Dad's. Once we got there, we got everything unloaded, then crashed on the couch for a bit to rest up. Of course Bella was not wanting a nap that day, so I ended up staying up with her while Eric got to take a 2 hour nap. We went with my Dad for Mongolian that night and came home to be in bed by 8 p.m. Exhausted...
Saturday, we went to visit some friends & catch up with them before running to the market for some seafood. My sister & nephew came over around 3:30, and we both went to the nail salon for mani's & pedi's. That was just what my feet & I needed! We ended the night with homemade Paella & wine!
Sunday we had a quick breakfast at Dad's before packing yet another mattress and box spring into the truck to bring home with us. We got home after a 4 hour drive, to run errands, do laundry, & clean house. I finally faded into my new bed early as can be exhausted yet again!

Oh Rodeo!

Let me start by saying for some odd reason, in the last month, Bella has had an irrational fear of any and all bugs. I don't just mean a little scared, but she will literally put her hands over her head and scream at the top of her lungs if she even sees an ant crawl across the floor! This makes for a very hard time to take her to a place filled with animals & bugs! But we tried anyway...
We got to the rodeo right after it opened to beat the crowds. The weather was perfect (around 65 degrees or so!) We first went to look at all the new cars coming out this year, and Momma found one she loves! Ha! Afterwards, we went to the petting zoo area, and Bella got to ride on a pony for the umpteenth time. She didn't even need us to walk beside her the whole time, so I took pictures while Daddy took video.

We then tried to go to the petting zoo area, and Bella was having none of it. So we left that area and went over to the carnival area where Bella got to ride tons and tons of different rides! She was in Heaven!

After all the rides were rode, we sat down for lunch and had one of the best carnival/rodeo foods out there... turkey legs & Frito Pie! I was feeling extremely bad by the end of it, so we packed back into the car to head home. Overall, it was a fun day, and hopefully next year I won't feel like crawling under a rock when we're done!

My New Baby!
I know what you're thinking... and NO I'm not pregnant, but I did get a new baby last night... my new DISHWASHER! That's right people we now have a dishwasher that actually washes my dishes and not just a little, but washes them CLEAN! How awesome is that?!
We finally decided on a Samsung dishwasher and purchased it last Sunday (in the midst of my coughing, hacking, wheezing, etc.) and picked it up last night. Eric & his Dad got it installed and working while Bella and I ended up going to bed due to the late time (it was already 8:30! Haha!) I put some pictures off the Samsung website of it to show my new baby off! Enjoy!

MIA
Sorry I have been MIA blogging, but I have Bronchitis and been cooped up on the couch/bed the last few days. We did get out to the rodeo on Sunday (I barely made it for the whole hour and a half we were out) and took tons of pics and video for it. I am hoping to log on tomorrow (if I'm able to sit up on my own again!) and post about it.

Blessing
I feel like I talk a lot about me, my family, & everything crazy thing we have going on, but I never talk about how blessed we are. Seriously, I thank God everyday for all the blessings he’s put into my life and how without Him, I wouldn’t be the woman I am today. I am so blessed to have the most caring & loving husband known to man. I truly feel that God picks one perfect person (soulmate) for each of us & I was lucky enough to find him so early in life. We’ve been through literally everything a couple should never go through (friend’s divorces, families in turmoil, and the passing of my Mama), but we’ve also been through the best things life has to offer (our wedding, wonderful marriage, and the blessing of our baby girl). We’ve come out through everything with grace and dignity together. That is something that cannot be changed.
The other HUGE blessing in my life is my baby girl. She is PERFECTION in every sense of the word. She is beautiful, smart, loving, caring, I could go on & on. She gives me hope for the future & puts a huge smile on my face whenever I think of her. Bella is love in our lives & we could not be more blessed. She’s my Cuddle Baby, and we will sit on the recliner squeezed together and watch her favorite shows every afternoon together. It’s our time & I cherish it.
Last thing, we are blessed unbelievably to have the best families. They are always there for us for any and everything we need. We’re so lucky to have sisters, brothers, and brother & sister – in-laws that are not only siblings, but also friends. Our parents love and care for us, and we only hope we’re as good of parents to Bella as they were to us.

Last night we all sat down to watch the finale of "The Bachelor" & fell asleep once we knew who he picked... bad idea! I heard the can't miss episode was "After the Rose", but luckily I recorded it and will definitely be watching that tonight!
In other news, Eric decided what we're going to be doing for his big 3-0 party! We'll be going on the Pubcrawler
It's a 16 passenger bar on wheels! We'll pedal a bike while enjoying a nice beer or two and stopping at a few bars along the way. Looks like tons of fun & a little exercise as well!

The Thrill of Winning, the Agony of Defeat
So our fabulous Horns won against the Aggies last night, then lost tonight against the KU Jayhawks. So we're supposed to end up as 2nd seed in the "dance". I still have no clue why they call the March Madness games as a dance, but whatever!
Today was so busy, and now my feet are swollen and we're all here watching Megamind & laughing every 5 minutes! It seriously is a great movie (even for us parents!) So we started out this morning at Old Navy getting Bella some new Spring clothes, then went to 4 stores looking for a new pair of Crocs for her. We finally found some at Academy, then proceeded to head to Home Depot to look for a new dishwasher. (Ours went completely comput this past week!) We ended the night by having dinner at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants.
Tomorrow is Spring cleaning here at the Munoz household... woo-hoo!! Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
Btw, if anyone has suggestions for a great stainless steel dishwasher, I'm all ears!! Thanks!!

The Eyes of Texas are Upon You!
Texas Men's Basketball is playing in the Big 12 tournament this week. They beat OU last night (Enemies I tell you!) Texas beat them by a whopping 20 points (or close to that, I was sound asleep before the end of the game!) Tonight they will face the Texas A&M Aggies and hopefully win this game to go onto the championship game!
I will be completely honest and tell you that basketball is not my favorite game to watch (nor play), but when the Horns are playing I'll put on my burnt orange shirt and help my hubby cheer them onto victory! I'm hoping they pull off another win tonight so the Munoz Household is in a good mood all weekend!

Exhaustion is Setting In
I am thoroughly exhausted this morning due to Bella having a coughing fit all night long. My poor baby didn't sleep well either, and toss & turned all night long. Allergies are terrible here this time of the year & everyone is busy sneezing & coughing all the time. Blah!
Yesterday evening was so much fun! I picked Bella up from school & came home to surprise her with a recording of The Imgaination Movers Live in Concert. (We weren't able to see them when they came to Austin, so this was the next best thing) We watched it together twice in a row before Daddy got home. I made some pizza for dinner, and the 3 of us relaxed and watched "The Girls Tell All" on the Bachelor.
Tonight, we are meeting up with Eric's parents for dinner to celebrate Eric's promotion at work! Nice to get out for a bit.
Austin is crazy right now with Fat Tuesday, SXSW Music Festival, Austin Rodeo (Which we'll be taking Bella to again this year!), etc. Traffic is terrible & all the restaurants will be packed all weekend, but we love it!

Update on My Munoz Family
There's been so much happening around our casa lately, I haven't had much time to blog. Sorry for putting it off for a while, but I thought catching everyone up on our "going on's" would be a neato idea!
We're planning a trip to New York City this summer. My Grandma is turning 85 & my family is having a family reunion! We're uber excited to go, because Eric's only been to NYC once, and Bella's never been (unless you count being in my tummy last time I went!). A lot of my family has never met or seen Bella, so I can't wait for her to meet her huge family! Cousins, Great Aunts & Uncles, etc. We'll also going to the Sesame Place Theme Park in Pennsylvania! (This will obviously be Bella's favorite thing while on vacay!) We'll be closing the week out with a picnic at the beach with the whole fam.
Another great thing is that I started my new job last week and absolutely LOVE it!! The people are unbelievably awesome, the hours are fantastic, and I am finally stress free at work! Who can ask for more?!
Last thing is that we've decided to put Bella in the Excelled Classes at her daycare. Technically starting in August she will be in Kindergarten (at the age of 4). We're going to try her in the excelled program and see how she does. The great thing is that we have the option to move her back to her old class if we think it's not working for her. I am so excited and nervous! I am just so proud her school thinks she is ready and needs to go into an excelled program! Go Bella Belle!!
And thus everyone is updated on the going on's of our familia! (I know you've been on edge not knowing! Ha!!) Have a wonderful weekend!

Zippies Review & Giveaway!!
I love labaeling Bella's things as much as possible and now with her in daycare, I definitely like knowing her water bottles, backpack, etc. are labeled so she knows which one is hers. That's why I was so excited to get the chance to review Zippies! They are the Pals that hang around!
